salt to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup plain flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sesame seeds; mix well.

Add 1 tbsp oil and mix again.

Gradually add water little by little and knead to form a soft dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Mash 3 boiled and peeled potatoes well in a separate bowl.

Add 2 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt to taste; mix well to combine.

Grease your palms with oil and take a small ball of the potato mixture to shape it.

In another bowl, mix 1 tbsp plain flour with 2 tbsp water until there are no lumps; knead this mixture and split it into 3 portions.

Roll each portion thin and cut into strips.

Place a spoonful of the potato stuffing on one end of the strip and start rolling it tightly from that end.

Brush some of the plain flour mixture on the edges and seal it to prevent the filling from escaping.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan until hot.

Add the potato rolls to the hot oil and fry them until they turn light golden brown.
