Knead well by hand.

Roll out each dough ball into a plate-sized circle.
Place filling in the center.
Seal the edges tightly, making sure no air remains inside.
Place the böreks on a greased baking tray.
Beat the egg and brush it over the tops.
Sprinkle with black cumin seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35 minutes, until golden brown.
