1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 whole onion, chopped
1/2 pound pumpkin
3 carrots, chopped
baby corn
3 cloves garlic, crushed
fresh thyme
2 stalks green onion (scallion)
scotch bonnet pepper
okra, washed and chopped
1/4 cup salted butter

Wash the fish inside out, removing all scales, and wash it with vinegar or lime to cut away the rawness.

Season the fish inside out with 2 tablespoons of Body Complete seasoning, 1 pack of all-purpose seasoning, 1 pack of fish seasoning, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, and black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 960 degrees Fahrenheit.

Add chopped tri-color bell peppers, about 1/2 pound of pumpkin, 1 whole chopped onion, 3 chopped carrots, and baby corn on top of the seasoned fish.

Add 3 crushed cloves of garlic, fresh thyme, 2 stalks of green onion, and a piece of scotch bonnet pepper for spice.

Add pimento berries and the washed and chopped okra.

Add 1/4 cup of salted butter on top of the mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining fish seasoning on top of the fish and vegetables.

Bake in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the fish is soft.

Soak bammy in coconut milk or water for at least 20 seconds, then cut into desired sizes.

Grease a baking sheet and place the cut bammy on it, then bake until golden and crispy.
