1 medium onion
2 medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt

Clean the ingredients until the water runs clean and remove most of it, leaving a little bit of fat.

Cut the ingredients into pieces, making them bigger as they will shrink and curl up during cooking.

Place the cut pieces into a pot and cover them with water (hot or cold).

Put the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil.

Halfway through the cooking process, add onions and tomatoes to the pot.

Season with salt and shake to incorporate the ingredients.

Let it simmer until the tomatoes are very cooked and have mostly disappeared.

Add chili flakes, reduce the heat, and let it continue to simmer gently.
