2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 lb chicken
2 cups tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups water
2 cups mealie meal

Pour a spoon of cooking oil into a pot and heat it.

Add chicken to the pot and cook using fire.

Once the chicken is brown, add tomatoes and onion to make soup.

Stir the chicken so that the tomatoes cook into a good soup.

Pour a little water into the pot and cook again.

In a separate bowl, stir Mealie Meal.

Pour the Mealie Meal into boiling water while stirring.

Cook in a big pot for a few minutes and then cover with a lid to boil.

Open the pot and add more Mealie Meal to the boiling mixture.

Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes until it reaches the consistency of mashed potatoes.

Add raw Mealie Meal to the pot and keep stirring until it thickens.

Once the sadza is thicker, cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
