1 cup milk
4 large eggs
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 package of pre-made pastry shells or phyllo dough

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined.

Add the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, cooked bacon or sausage (if using), salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the egg mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.

Place the pastry shells on a baking sheet.

Pour the egg mixture into each pastry shell, filling them about 3/4 full.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg is set and the tops are golden brown.
