Chocolate Pudding
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Heat a small pot over medium heat.
Add heavy cream and marshmallows to the pot.
Heat until the marshmallows melt and the heavy cream comes to a simmer, but do not let it boil.
Turn off the heat and add chocolate chips to the pot, reserving some chocolate chips.
Whisk until the chocolate chips are completely dissolved into the marshmallowy heavy cream mixture.
Pour the mixture into a glass and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set.
After 15 minutes, check the pudding to see if it has cooled and set.
Serve with fresh raspberries on top and a light sprinkle of confectioner sugar.
Make chocolate curls by using a knife to pull along a bar of chocolate.
