In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix the fresh yeast (or dry yeast) with the warm water and a little bit of sugar to activate it.
Add the activated yeast mixture to the flour mixture.
Pour in the milk and melted butter, and mix until combined.
Add the whole egg and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Shape the dough into buns and place them on a baking tray.
Let the buns rise again until puffed up.
Brush the tops with the second egg for egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
