Apply a uniform layer of extra virgin olive oil on the third fillet and coat it with furikake seasoning.
Cook the third fillet at 380°F (193°C) for 6-8 minutes, raising the temperature to 400°F (204°C) for the last two minutes for extra crispiness.
Check the third fillet for doneness and ensure it has a crusty exterior.
