In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams cabbage, 120 grams carrots, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon cheese spread, 200 grams mayonnaise and mix it well.

In another mixing bowl, add 150 grams semolina, 150 grams oats flour, 200 grams curd, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 300 milliliters water and mix it well.

Add 1 teaspoon fruit salt and mix it again.

Pour the batter into a steamer dish and place it into a steamer.

Cover it with lid and steam for about 15 minutes.

Remove it from the steamer and place it on a board.

Spread the prepared mixture on it.

Cover it with another piece of dhokla.

Cut it into squared shapes. Keep aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon mustard seeds, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.

Pour this tempering over the dhokla.
