Cut the salmon into thin strips.

Make a marinade with 5 tablespoons of vodka, 1 teaspoon of lime zest, and the juice of half a lime.

Pour the marinade into a deep plate or bowl and add the smoked salmon. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
