1

Mix 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon of red chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chili flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon of oregano in a bowl.

2

Spread pizza sauce on bread slices.

3

Chop capsicum and coriander, and add them to the bread.

4

Grate cheese and sprinkle it over the bread with oregano and chili flakes.

5

In a pan, melt butter and place the bread pizza in it, covering it and baking on low flame for 5 minutes until golden and cheese melts.

6

For the sugar syrup, boil 2 cups of sugar with 2 cups of water until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the flame and let it cool.

7

Strain 2 cups of gulab jamun mix (dough) and remove any lumps.

8

Add 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1 pinch of baking soda, and 1 small cardamom to the mix and combine well.

9

Gradually add milk to knead the dough, then mix in 1 tablespoon of ghee and let it rest for 5 minutes.

10

Knead the dough again until smooth, then take a small portion, place a piece of khoya (milk solid) in the center, and shape it into a ball.

11

Heat oil on medium heat and fry the balls until golden brown, then reduce the heat and cook evenly.

12

Soak the fried gulab jamun in warm sugar syrup for 30 minutes.

13

Garnish with silver leaf and pistachios.

14

For the third recipe, mash 3 tablespoons of oil and mix in 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of chili flakes, and salt to taste.

15

Add chopped capsicum and sweet corn, mixing well.

16

Cut the edges of the bread and prepare it for filling.

17

For the cake, cut two 7-inch circles from the cake base, layer with whipped cream, and brush with sugar syrup.

18

Repeat the layering process with the second layer, adding jam and chocolate in between.

19

Cover the entire cake with whipped cream and let it set for 10 minutes before decorating with pink cream using a piping bag.
