Cultural Context

Originating from the Indian state of Maharashtra, Sabudana Dosa is a popular dish during fasting periods, particularly during Navratri. This crispy crepe made from sago (sabudana) is not only gluten-free but also a delightful way to enjoy a savory meal while adhering to dietary restrictions.
