1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 scotch bonnet peppers
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups washed raw rice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cinnamon sticks
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
