Add 1 box of condensed milk to a pan.
Add 0.5 tablespoon of cornstarch to the condensed milk and stir to dissolve.
Add 1.5 boxes of cream to the mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Add 1 cup of milk (240 ml) and stir.
Cook the mixture on medium heat until it boils, stirring continuously.
After boiling, cook for an additional minute to ensure the cornstarch is fully cooked.
Turn off the heat and add 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence, mixing well.
Cover the cream with plastic wrap and freeze until completely cold.
Prepare a serving dish and apply a thin layer of the cooled vanilla cream at the bottom.
Soak cornstarch biscuits in reserved half a cup of milk, dipping them briefly to avoid them getting too soft.
Layer the soaked biscuits in the dish, changing their position with each layer.
Add another layer of cream on top of the biscuits, then another layer of biscuits, repeating the process until the last layer is cream.
Melt 200 g of chocolate in the microwave or using a bain-marie until lukewarm.
Add 0.5 box of cream to the melted chocolate to create a ganache and mix until smooth.
Pour the ganache over the top layer of cream and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate the pavé to cool and allow the ganache to firm up.
Once chilled, create chocolate shavings from white chocolate and sprinkle them on top of the pavé.
