2 tbsp Yogurt - the thicker the better
2 tbsp Cream Cheese (Mascarpone) - Optional
1.5 tsp Mayo
2-3 tbsp Oil or Ghee
1 tsp or to taste salt
1/2 tbsp any Tikka/boti/tandoori masala
