1/4 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons duck fat

Cut mushrooms into quarters.

Cut green bell pepper into small strips.

Chop green onion.

Spray pan with duck fat for non-stick.
