Cut the stems off the bell peppers and clean the insides.

Add a spoonful of ginger, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sweet chili sauce, juice of 1 lemon, 1/8 cup of garlic, 2 tablespoons of white sugar, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar to the sauce and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Scrape barnacles off the snow crabs and set aside.

Clean and break the corn, wash and peel the potatoes, and cut them in half.

De-shell and devein the shrimp, wearing gloves for hygiene.

Fill a large pot with water, add 2 tablespoons of white distilled vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of liquid seafood boil.

Add seasonings to the pot including crab and shrimp boil, garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay seasoning, then add the crabs and cook for about 7 minutes.

In a smaller pot, add the same seasonings and bring to a boil.

Boil the mussels for about 2 minutes, boil the sausage for 10 minutes, and cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes.

Melt 5 tablespoons of butter over medium to low heat and add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Old Bay, 1 tablespoon of crab and shrimp oil, 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, 2-3 tablespoons of paprika, and 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes.

Toss everything in the melted butter mixture until well coated.

Place the seafood into large oven bags, double bagging for safety, and ladle in about half of the reheated beloved smack Alysha sauce.
