Crispy Salmon Caesar Salad

Caesar dressing

Defrost salmon on a defrost plate.
Cut the salmon fillet in half, then into six pieces.
Prepare flour, egg wash (cracked eggs), and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
Mix parsley into the breadcrumbs.
Dunk each piece of salmon in flour, shake off excess, then dip into egg wash.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the salmon pieces after placing them in the pan.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the salmon and season with salt.
Place salmon pieces in the air fryer and cook for about 5 minutes until crispy.
In a chopper, combine garlic, anchovy fillet, egg yolk, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and finely grated parmesan cheese.
Add extra virgin olive oil to the dressing mixture and blend.
Toss romaine lettuce in a large salad bowl with the Caesar dressing.
Taste the dressing for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
Plate the salad and top with the crispy salmon.
