Semolina (sooji/rava) – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Water – 2 cups (1 cup for soaking + ½ cup for blending)
Salt – ½ tsp
Eno fruit salt – 1 tsp
Oil – for greasing the pan

Chana dal – 1 tbsp
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Dried red chilli – 1
Tomatoes – 2 to 3 (chopped)

Lemon juice – ½ tbsp

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp

Curry leaves – 6 to 8
