1 inch Ginger roughly chopped
100 ml Vegetable Oil
½ tsp Black Cumin (Shahi Jeera)
½ tsp Fennel Seeds (saunf)
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp + ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
300 ml Water
½ cup Yogurt/Curd
1 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
3 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
2 nos Green Chillies (chopped)
Ginger Julienne
