Fish Cutlets

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon turmeric
200 grams of fish (Salmon, Klika, or Tuna)

Boil the fish fillets in water for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Drain and let cool.

In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.

Flake the cooked fish into a large mixing bowl.

Add the sautéed onion and garlic to the fish along with breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Add the beaten egg to the mixture and combine until everything is well incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small cutlets or patties.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the cutlets in batches until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the cutlets and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with a side of chutney or sauce.
