1

Bring some water to a boil.

2

Add 2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp of Old Bay seasoning, and 1 tbsp of paprika to the boiling water.

3

Add onions, lemon, orange, and corn to the pot.

4

Add thoroughly washed baby potatoes and allow to boil for about 10 minutes.

5

After 10 minutes, add eggs and cover, cooking for another 10 minutes.

6

Remove the eggs and check the potatoes for doneness; if not done, continue cooking.

7

Set aside the eggs, potatoes, corn, and some of the liquid from the pot.

8

In a separate pan, heat a little olive oil and add cut-up sausages, toasting until brown.

9

Add diced onion to the pan and fry for about a minute until it begins to turn brown.

10

Add minced garlic and toast for another 30 seconds before adding unsalted butter.

11

Once the butter is melted, add Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, chili flakes, lemon juice, and orange juice.

12

Add the reserved liquid from earlier to the pan and mix everything together, reducing heat to let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

13

Prepare oven bags for the seafood; load uncooked seafood (crab legs, lobster, shrimp), corn, potatoes, and sausages into the bag.

14

Pour the prepared sauce over the seafood and reserve some for dipping.

15

Tie up the bag loosely and make a small slit in it before placing it in the oven.

16

Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF.

17

Bake the seafood in the oven for 20 minutes.

18

After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and let it cool before cutting open the bag.

19

Pour the seafood into a plate and add the eggs.

20

Serve with reserved sauce for dipping.
