1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup water chestnuts, diced
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp Gochujang or Sriracha (to taste)
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped (for garnish)
1-2 chiles, sliced (to taste)
1 fresh lime, cut into wedges (for garnish)
