In a pan, add 250 grams of chicken, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper corns, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder, 2 teaspoons black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 2 garlic cloves cut in halves, and almost 1 cup of water.

Once boiling, cover the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender.

Remove the chicken from the pan and shred it using forks or your hands once it cools down.

In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled rice, shredded chicken, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 2 teaspoons of black pepper powder, 1 cup of chopped spring onion, 7 tablespoons of green chilies, and 1/2 bunch of chopped green coriander.

Add 4 slices of cheddar cheese to the mixture and mix well.

Shape the mixture into balls, making about 24 to 25 balls.

In a bowl, beat 2 eggs and add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder.

Dip each ball into the beaten eggs, then coat with crushed rice, and set aside.

Fry the balls in batches, ensuring to wait at least a minute or two before frying to prevent them from sticking together.
