Prepare a foil sling by folding aluminum foil to create a sling for easy removal from the air fryer.
Pat the 6-ounce salmon fillets dry with paper towels and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Spread Greek yogurt on top of the salmon fillets to help the topping stick.
Press the topping mixture onto the yogurt-coated side of the salmon fillets.
Spray the salmon with olive oil spray for added crunch.
Place the salmon on the foil sling, skin side down, and transfer to the air fryer.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F for 8 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 125°F for medium rare.
While the salmon cooks, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add 2 cups of couscous to the melted butter and toast for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add 1 cup of chicken broth and 1 cup of water to the toasted couscous along with 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover the pan and let the couscous sit off heat for 7 minutes to finish cooking.
