⅓ cup brown sugar

½ cup almond or peanut butter
1 egg
¼ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, rice flour, tapioca flour, ground flax seeds, baking soda, brown sugar, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In another bowl, mix together the almond or peanut butter, egg, vegetable oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
