2 cups water

1 tablespoon beef seasoning
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 medium red bell pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon jollof seasoning
2 cups jasmine rice
2 cups hot water
2 cups stir fried vegetables
1 lb chicken
1 cup carrots
1 medium green bell pepper
1 cup green peas
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 scrambled eggs

Steam the goat meat with blended onion, garlic, ginger, water, salt, and beef seasoning until tender.

Fry the goat meat in heated vegetable oil until darkened but not burned, then set aside.

Blend chopped tomatoes and red bell peppers until smooth.

Cook the blended mix of onions, garlic, and peppers in heated oil for a few minutes.

Add tomato paste to the fried blend and cook until the raw taste is reduced.
