Add all dry spices (cloves, black pepper, alligator pepper) to a clean 8-quart pot.
Peel two small pineapples and add the peels to the pot.
Chop the remaining pineapple and set aside for later.
Quarter and chop apples, adding half to the pot with the pineapple peels and saving the other half for later.
Slice ginger and tenderize it to release juices, then add to the pot with hibiscus flowers.
Fill the pot with water and bring to a boil, cooking for about 45 minutes.
Prepare juice from leftover fruits by blending with purified water and straining to remove pulp.
After 45 minutes, let the mixture sit overnight for better flavor and color.
Strain the drink twice to ensure clarity, then sweeten with sugar or honey as desired.
Add the prepared juice to the strained drink and stir until dissolved.
