50 g oil

2 tablespoons vinegar
1 packet active dry yeast
warm milk
vanilla extract
egg yolks
nut filling (pecans)

Sift the flour into a bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of salt.

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it rise.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

For 1 kg of flour, use 250 g of sugar and 50 g of oil.

Melt the butter and mix it with the other ingredients.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size.
