4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup butter
2 cups water
1 cup margarine (for filling)
1 cup bread crumbs (for filling)
1 tsp salt (for filling)
1 cup brown sugar (for filling)

Combine all filling ingredients (margarine, bread crumbs, salt, brown sugar), mix well, then set aside.

For the dough, combine flour, salt, yeast, and sugar.

Add in milk and mix until you form a dough.

Add butter, mix and knead until smooth and elastic. Rest and cover until double in size.

Portion each dough into 50g each, shape like a ball, then rest and cover for 10 minutes.

Roll and shape the dough into a rectangular shape, then add filling, roll the dough towards the end, then roll in bread crumbs.

Rest and cover until double in size.

Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.
