1 tsp Salt
1 cup Warm Milk
2 tsp Yeast
1/2 cup Sugar
1 large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Milk Powder
1/2 cup Cheese

Combine warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let activate for 15 mns.

Combine flour and salt in another bowl.

After 15 mns, add egg and vanilla into yeast mixture.

Mix wet and dry ingredients.

Lastly, add the butter or margarine.

Knead for 15 minutes or until smooth and elastic.

Grease a bowl, cover and rest dough for 1 hour.

Combine all filling ingredients to make a dough consistency.

Divide filling into 32 pcs.

After resting, divide dough into 32 pcs.

Flatten each dough and add filling.

Roll to make Spanish bread and pinch to secure.

Coat with bread crumbs and cover to let rise for 1 1/2 hrs.

Heat a large pot or pan on high for 5 mns and place a metal stand inside.

Cook bread on medium low for 15-18 mns.
