3 cups bread/all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 medium egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp butter
3/4 cup fresh milk or evap
1/2 cup butter/margarine
1/4 cup white/brown sugar
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup condensed milk

Combine warm water and yeast in a bowl; let sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the yeast mixture, warm milk, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl; cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1-2 hours.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.

Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and coconut.
