Instructions
- 1Fill a large pot with water and add salt.
- 2Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- 3Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- 4Once the water is boiling, add the corn to the pot.
- 5Boil the corn for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- 6Remove the corn from the pot and let it cool slightly.
- 7Spread butter over the warm corn.
- 8Sprinkle chili powder over the buttered corn.
- 9Crumble cotija cheese on top of the corn.
- 10Garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
