MXMXside
4 servings
Servings4
2 corns
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon paprika powder or red chili powder
1/2 cup Cotija or Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
some cilantro
1 lime
1

Chop the cilantro leaves. Cut lime into wedges.

2

If you use Airfryer, you should cut the corn in half. If you grill them on the pan or grill, you don't need to resize them at all.

3

Bake at 180c for 7-10 minutes. You can cook those corns on the pan or the grill until their color is darker and fully cooked.

4

Insert a skewer into the base of corn as a holding stick. It’s optional.

5

Brush corn with melted butter and mayonnaise generously.

6

Sprinkle the paprika powder or red chili powder and Cotija or Parmesan cheese all over the corn as much as you love.

7

Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.

8

Squeeze lime before eating for a tangy flavor.
