80 grams red lentils
40 grams bulgur
40 grams rice
50 mL olive oil
20 grams butter
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
30-40 grams tomato paste
7 cups water
2 slices lemon
salt
black pepper
red powdered pepper
dried mint
lemon juice
red chili pepper flakes

Wash 80 grams of red lentils, 40 grams of bulgur, and 40 grams of rice well and drain.

Heat 50 mL of olive oil and 20 grams of butter in a pot.

Add 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic, and fry them for a few minutes.

Stir in 30-40 grams of tomato paste and fry for a few minutes.

Add the washed grains (lentils, bulgur, rice) to the pot and fry over low heat for a few minutes.

Pour in 7 cups of water and add 2 slices of lemon.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and cover the pot, cooking until the grains are soft.

Remove the lemon slices from the pot.

Blend the soup briefly, leaving some texture.

Add dried mint, black pepper, red powdered pepper, and salt to taste.

Boil the soup for a few more minutes, then turn off the stove.

Let the soup rest for 10 minutes.

Add lemon juice and red chili pepper flakes before serving.
