Add coated onions into the hot oil and fry for 3 minutes until crispy.
Remove crispy onions and drain on paper towel.
In a pot, add butter and vegetable oil, then add more chopped onions for soft caramelized onions.
Cook onions on medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season beef patties with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and fry beef patties on both sides until done.
Do not clean the pan after frying the patties; use it to make gravy.
Add concentrated veal stock, water, salt, and pepper to the pan.
Stir in heavy cream and salsa color to thicken and color the gravy.
