1½ cup Rice Rava
1 tbsp Salt
1 cup Curd
1½ cups Water
1 tsp Fruit Salt
1 tbsp Water (for Fruit Salt)

Grind 1 cup of thick Poha into a powder.

Transfer the Poha powder to a bowl.

Add 1½ cup of Rice Rava to the bowl.

Mix in 1 tbsp of Salt and 1 cup of Curd.

Add 1½ cups of Water in batches to achieve a medium thick batter consistency.

Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes.

Just before steaming, add 1 tsp of Fruit Salt and 1 tbsp of Water, and mix.

Grease the Idli plates and transfer the batter to them.

Steam the Idlis for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.

Let the Idlis rest for 5 minutes on the plates before unmolding.
