5 ml tomato sauce
5 ml chili sauce
1 spoon sesame seeds
100 ml water

Mix the pieces of two tomatoes, one onion, 25 g of garlic, 25 g of ginger, and a cup of chickpea flour and mix well.

Add 3/4 cup of water and mix to make a thick batter.

Add salt to taste and half a spoon of chili powder. Mix well.

Heat a cavity pan and pour in 3 ml of oil into each of the cavities.

Pour in the tomato chickpea batter into each of the cavities and let it fry by turning from side to side till golden brown.

Heat 5 ml of oil in another pan.

Put in the pieces of a green chili and curry leaves. Saute well.

Put in 5 ml of soy sauce, 5 ml of tomato sauce, and 5 ml of chili sauce and saute and mix well.

Put in a spoon of sesame seeds and mix well.

Pour in 100 ml of water and mix and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes.

Take off the flame and serve.
