Start with 2 large white conch and place it in a Ziploc bag.
Use a meat tenderizer to pound the conch lightly on each side until tender.
Cut the tenderized conch into three pieces for larger buns.
Prepare a seasoning mix with 2 tablespoons onion powder, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 0.5 tablespoon adobo seasoning, 0.5 tablespoon seasoned salt, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 0.25 teaspoon ground mustard.
In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups of whole milk and 2 large eggs.
Add half of the seasoning mix to the batter and mix until incorporated.
Place the conch in the batter and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Prepare 1.5 cups of all-purpose flour and mix in the remaining seasoning mix.
Coat the marinated conch in the seasoned flour and place on a plate.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium temperature and fry the conch for 6 minutes on each side.
Prepare a conch sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon ketchup, and 0.25 teaspoon hot sauce.
Assemble the burger with the sauce, romaine lettuce, tomato, and the fried conch on a burger bun.
