Coconut vodka provides a unique flavor while grain alcohol is more economical.

Put 1 ounce of simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.

Add 5 fresh raspberries to the shaker and muddle them well.

Squeeze 1/2 of a lemon to extract about 1 ounce of lemon juice and add it to the shaker.

Muddle the mixture again to combine.

Add 2 ounces of lemon vodka to the shaker.

Shake the mixture until the outside of the shaker is cold and condensation forms.

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass to remove seeds.

Garnish with a skewer of 1 fresh raspberry.

Taste the cocktail and enjoy.
