1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 lime, juiced
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
2 cups cooked rice
