Slice 1 ripe avocado and set aside.

Slice 1/2 red onion thinly.

Take 100 grams of smoked salmon slices and set aside.

Prepare 1 sandwich baguette for the sandwich.

Spread the feta and sour cream mixture on the baguette.

Layer the smoked salmon slices on top of the spread.
