In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add water and melted butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
In a large pot, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
Add crab meat, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and lime juice to the pot, stirring to combine.
Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the simmering crab mixture, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Check the dumplings for doneness; they should be fluffy and cooked through.
