Mix quark, sour cream, powdered sugar, whip it, vanilla sugar and whipping cream in a bowl. Mix for approx. 4 min. until the cream got stiff.

Start layering: Cover a casserole (20x35cm) with one layer of waffles and spread half of the prepared cream on it. Pour almost all the red jelly on this layer, leaving 5 tablespoons aside for decoration. Next, add another layer of waffles and the second half of the cream.

Pour the remaining red fruit jelly on top of the cream layer and create a marble look with a fork. Cool your dessert for some minutes and then serve.
