Stir in spices: Kashmiri mirch, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, chat masala, garam masala powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat cooking oil or butter in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
Cook until the edges begin to set, about 2-3 minutes.
Gently lift the edges with a spatula to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath.
Flip the omelette carefully and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden.
Remove from the pan and serve hot.
