1

Spread 1.5 cups of hummus evenly on a round 12-inch wood serving platter.

2

Grate half of an English cucumber using the large holes of a box grater.

3

Transfer the grated cucumber into a clean dish towel, pull up the corners, and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.

4

In a small bowl, combine the shredded cucumber with 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 clove of fresh crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon of fresh dill, 0.25 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

5

Spread the tzatziki mixture on top of the hummus, leaving about a 0.25 inch border around the platter.

6

Top the tzatziki with 0.5 cup of fresh chopped tomatoes, chopped Persian cucumbers, quartered kalamata olives, and a couple tablespoons of finely diced onion.

7

Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of the platter.

8

Surround the platter with pita chips, fresh vegetables like peppers and cucumbers, and pretzel thins for dipping.

9

Drizzle the entire platter with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of flaky sea salt just before serving.

10

Finely chop fresh basil, mint, or dill and sprinkle over the top for garnish.
