1.5 cups panko bread crumbs
crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons dried oregano
ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
fresh parsley

Pulse 4 cloves of garlic in a food processor until finely chopped.

Cut 1 onion into quarters and pulse in the food processor until finely chopped.

Add 2 pounds of ground beef to a bowl.

Add the chopped onion and garlic to the bowl with the ground beef.

Pulse a big bunch of fresh parsley in the food processor until finely chopped and add to the bowl.

Add 1.5 cups of panko bread crumbs to the bowl.

Add crushed red pepper flakes, 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, ground black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of salt to the bowl.
