Cut a lemon in half and squeeze juice into the bowl, using fingers to catch seeds.

Cut tomatoes in half, then into smaller pieces, and spread them on top of the bulgur wheat.
Crush and chop garlic, then add it to the bowl.
Remove stems from parsley and chop finely, then add to the bowl.
Sprinkle salt evenly over the mixture without mixing.
Let the salad rest for about 4 to 6 hours, ideally overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
Serve the salad on bread with a drizzle of olive oil.
