1/4 slice pumpkin
1/2 cup water

Boil the pumpkin for about 20 minutes until soft and cool it down.

Add the boiled pumpkin into the flour mixture.

Pour in 1/2 cup of water gradually to form the dough.

Knead the dough until it reaches the right consistency, adding more flour if it becomes too sticky.

Roll out the dough and use a cup to cut out circles.

Make a small slit in the middle of each circle.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the circles until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
